Adoption Opportunities

In order to be considered as a potential adopter, we ask that you please fill out the application below. Your application will then be sent to a board of advisers for review and processing. After completion of their review, one of our friendly volunteers will contact you and invite you to join us at one of our adoption events so that you can meet your future furry family member. Please note that our adoption process typically takes about one week.

By providing the information above I acknowledge and certify that:

  • Pure Heart Rescue Reserves the Right to Refuse Adoption

  • All the information I provided herein is correct.

  • Pure Heart Rescue has my permission to contact any of the persons I have listed herein.

  • I am of legal age (18 years old).

  • If I rent the premises where I live, I hereby give Pure Heart Rescue permission to contact my landlord to confirm that pets are permitted on the premises.

  • Pure Heart Rescue has my permission to contact my veterinarian regarding pets that I have now as well as pets that I have had in the past.
